Overall UV Varnishing:
- Two machines for overall UV varnishing, made in Switzerland, with maximum sheet size of 70/100cm and overall throughput of 24000 sheets per hour.

Spot UV Varnishing:
- Machine for Spot UV varnishing, made in Germany, with maximum sheet size of 50/70cm and throughput of 4500 sheets per hour.
- Machine for Spot UV varnish, made in Germany, with maximum sheet size of 70/100cm and throughput of 3500 sheets per hour.

Cold Laminating and Metallising:
- Machine for cold laminating and Metallising, made in Switzerland, with maximum sheet size of 70/100cm and throughput of 12000 sheets per hour.

Hot Laminating:
- Machine for Hot Laminating, made in England, with maximum sheet size of 70/100cm and throughput of 8000 sheets per hour.

3D Relief and Hot Stapming:
- Machine for hot stamping and 3D Relief, made in Germany, with maximum sheet size of 64/90cm and throughput of 3000 sheets per hour.
- Flatbed machine for Hot Stamping and 3D Relief, made in Japan, with maxim sheet size of 70/100cm and throughput of 1500 sheets per hour
- Machine for production of engraved 3D Brass Dies, made in Japan, with maximum die size of 30x30cm.

Overall daily throughput

Due to its high-tech equipment, the company guarantees the processing of more than 500 000 sheets per day, giving the advantage of coping with high levels of production in a short period of time.

Flexibility

In order to guarantee high quality and completion of customers’ orders, Ofset Ltd. is highly flexible in terms of working hours. The company is able to provide night shifts as well as weekend shifts just to make sure that the customer will get its request on time. When the company operates in 24/7 schedule, the daily throughput can reach more than one million sheets.
